These pleadings act as an accounting of the alleged wrongs committed by the defendant against the plaintiff.
Plaintiff Lawsuit
An example, of a situation where the plaintiff may file a lawsuit against an individual or company is when an injury occurs from a slip and fall that is a result of the carelessness of a shopkeeper. In this case, the plaintiff suggests the injury is a direct result of the actions, or lack of action, on the part of the property owner.
